Design Frames started in Electronic City with one simple idea. Getting your home done should not mean chasing three contractors, waiting for a price that keeps changing, and hearing a new excuse every Friday. It should feel like handing your keys to one team that knows what it is doing.
So that is how we work. You get a proper layout and a 3D view before anything is cut. You get a written quote where every wardrobe, every light and every metre of counter is priced, so nothing appears at the end that you did not agree to. Our own carpenters make the furniture and the modular units to your measurements, with the cutting, edge banding and finishing done before anything reaches your home. Our site team then fits it in your home and handles the on-site work, the false ceiling, the electricals and the painting. Both halves of the job are ours, which is why we can stand behind the finish and the date.
Founder Syed Saleem is on site through the project, not just at the sale. Most weeks you will get photos of your own flat on your phone, whether you live down the road in Bommasandra or you are working out of another city. On the last day we deep clean, walk every drawer and hinge with you, and stay reachable long after the invoice is settled.

Entrance to balcony, planned as one job so nothing clashes. Layouts, storage, colours, lighting and finishes arrive in a single drawing set, and one team runs the whole site so you are never the go-between for a carpenter and an electrician.
Built around how you actually cook, not around a catalogue. Sink, hob and fridge placed so you stop walking circles, deep drawers instead of shelves you bend into, soft-close hardware, and shutters that wipe clean after a heavy tadka.
The room your guests judge and your family lives in. We size the sofa to your wall, fix the TV distance properly, hide the wiring, and put storage in the console so the floor stays clear and the room still feels open.
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, lofts, shoe racks, crockery units and study tables, measured to your walls instead of cut to a standard size. In small flats this is usually where we find the space you did not think you had.
Beds, sofas, dining tables, TV units and console pieces made to your measurements, in the wood, fabric and size you pick. Because we build it ourselves, a change in length or a change in finish is a conversation, not a fresh order.
Workstations, cabins, reception counters, storage and retail displays, delivered in phases so your business keeps running. We work evenings and weekends where needed and clear the site every night before your team walks in.

We start with how many people sit here on a normal evening, then plan the sofa, the TV distance and the walking space around it. Storage goes inside the console and the wall unit, so the room stays open even when the family is over.
Sink, hob and fridge placed so you are not crossing the room for every step. Tall units for daily things, deep drawers for heavy vessels, a counter height set to you, and a chimney planned into the layout instead of stuck on at the end.
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes take the clutter so the rest of the room can stay calm. Bedside plug points where your phone actually lands, loft storage for the suitcases, and lighting you can turn down without getting out of bed.
